In Dan Basila's America, the boys make breakfast as the girls drink beer. A baby is delivered from Singapore. An earlobe is exchanged for a necklace and earrings have nipples. We want to love the baby more than breakfast. A tender and upsetting affair of language, left turns, and, um, babies.
